It has been a while since we have updated anything but after the reptile expos and some time to get everything together we have a few snakes left for sale!

Raffle Winner!

Congrats to Jim Newhook of Elmsdale, NS who won our raffle draw yesterday! He won a 15 gal snake starter set up! He had a choice of a normal ball python or a corn snake and they ended up taking a male amel corn!! Congrats again!

After a bunch of people asking we are extending our raffle prize to include people in Cape Breton as well! We originally thought that we were going to sell tickets just at the expo itself but we figured we would give everyone a chance.

Hey everyone!

With only a couple of weeks until the next reptile expo on October 14th (ACRE in Halifax) we are happy to announce that we will be raffling off tickets for your chance to win a snake starter set up!
The setup (Photo below) will consist of everything you need to get you started including a 15 gal tank, Exo-Terra cage top, heating pad, substrate, hiding cave, water dish and a couple of decorative plants. The winner of this set up will have their choice of a baby normal ball python OR a baby corn snake.

***If the winner would like to have a ball python morph they may use the value of the normal ball toward the morph***

Availability Update!

Hey everyone,

We had an excellent time at the first reptile expo (HRE) sold quite a few items! We are now in the prep stages of getting ready for the next expo (ACRE) that is taking place at the Atlantica Hotel in Halifax on October 14th. We have taken down the few pics that were on the available page until this next expo is over and we can see what we will have left for sale for this year. We should have a few normal ball pythons and a few different corn snakes available so please email me (John) if you are interested!

Another quick update!

Hey everyone,

BP clutch #6 is out and looking great! Out of 6 eggs we have 3 normals, 2 pastels and a mojave, awesome to get another dual sired clutch. Corn clutch #2 is also in the process of hatching and coming out, looks like a lot of amels at the moment. Have a look at this pic of one coming out of the egg!

BP Update!

All the BP's are out of the eggs in our newest clutch! What a great looking bunch of snakes!!!

Triple Sire Clutch!!!

Hey everyone, Today we had a look at our next ball python clutch for 2012. Same pairings as the others, Normal female to 3 males (Pastel, Spider, Mojave) and this clutch turned out unbelievable!! Triple sire!!!! That's right 3 fathers to this clutch!!! Here are a couple of pics for everybody to check out :)

Corn Update!

Well almost all of the first clutch of corn snakes are out of their eggs now! Looks like we got a good mix of morphs. The pairing was 2 Normals, both Het Anery A, Anery B and Amel. So far we have a few charcoals, amels, a snow and even a blizzard! Keep checking back in the coming days for more pics and a video update!

Baby Corns!

Hey everybody! Our first clutch of corn snakes for this year have started to pip and come out of the eggs! Here is a look at what has come out so far! Looks like a couple of charcoals, an amel and a snow! Lots more still to come out though!

Mojave woes ...

Looks like our Mojave woes continued this year :( R.I.P. Clutch #4 Keeping our heads high though as the previous clutches have all shed out and started on food! Next clutch is due around the 26th so stay tuned!

Hey everyone! We took a look at our fourth clutch of 2012! The pairing was a normal female to spider/pastel/mojave males! Turned out to be an excellent clutch with a surprise! 7 eggs, 4 mojaves, 2 really nice light normals and a "Spider"! Very interesting looking and we are not 100% on what it is just yet but take a look!

All but one of the first clutch of bp's are out of their eggs! They look awesome! Super happy with the results of this clutch. Our pastel male sure has some good genes!!

Hey everyone! We had our first ball python clutch pip today! 2 pipped on their own so we went ahead and cut the rest just to have a peak inside. Looks like we have 2 normals and 5 pastels!!

Ball Python Clutch #5!! Normal (Possible Banded) X Pastel, Mojave, Spider ... 12 eggs!!! Our biggest clutch yet!

An ovulation from another Normal female!

A busy morning this morning! Ball Python clutch #4 is here! The pairing was the same as the others again, Normal X Pastel, Spider, Mojave males. 7 eggs!!

We are also very excited to have our first clutch of corn snakes of 2012! The pairing was a Normal Female (Het Anery A,B, Amel) X Normal Male (Het Anery A,B, Amel) and an Amel Male. 19 eggs!!

Ball Python Clutch #3!! Another normal female bred to our pastel, spider and mojave males, 9 healthy eggs!!!

Clutch #2 !!!

Ball Python clutch #2 is here! This is from our girl that laid last year as well. 7 eggs with 3 slugs, not too bad! She is a Normal bred to the 3 main males as well (Pastel, Spider and Mojave)

Ball Python Eggs are here!!!

As the title says "Ball Python Eggs are here!!!"

Steve woke up this morning to a 7 egg clutch! First time for this girl and we are very excited about it. She is a Normal (Possible Fire) bred to 3 males (Pastel, Mojave and Spider). Most likely one of them will be the dad but we will not know for about 60 days! The count down is on!









We are also expecting eggs from at least 3 more females pretty soon so keep checking back for updates!!

Quick Update!

Hey everyone,

The date to ball python eggs is getting closer and closer now! It is hard to pin point an actual date but we have a few females that are due to lay within a week or so. It could be a few date before or after so please keep checking back for clutch details!!

We also still have a few other females that are still breeding consistently and we may end up with some later clutches as well!

Another Ovulation!

Now that's an ovulation! This (poss) Fire female was bred to 3 males as well (Pastel, Mojave and Spider) Very excited for this one!

First ovulation of 2012!!

As the title reads we have had our first ovulation of 2012 (that we have seen) This girl was bred to 3 males (Pastel, Spider and Mojave) so we are hoping for some good odds. Maybe get a couple of different morphs in the clutch :) either way we are happy about it! We are also expecting another larger female to lay relatively soon as well, even though we did not catch an ovulation we are pretty sure she is ready to go as well. Check out the picture and keep checking back for more info on a couple more females that we expect to lay!

Breeding!

Hey everyone,

Another quick update to let everyone know that we are in full swing with our ball python breeding season. Lots of hook ups still happening with the females getting larger and larger :) Fingers crossed for a great year!



We also still have a male Columbian Boa for sale - $100!!!

we have a 2011 Baby Mojave Ball Python (Male) for sale - $260. This guy is gorgeous and even better looking in person! Feeding great on rat pups! Please contact us if you are interested!
